Research Of Shanxi Coal Industrial Structure Optimization Based On Industrial Quality Promotion

The industrial structure is the important aspect of industrial development, Shanxi coal industry is the pillar industry in Shanxi regional economic .Meanwhile Shanxi coal production has played an important role in the country energy production. Therefor this paper selects Shanxi coal optimization as the study. The coal industrialstructure optimization is not a new topic, at the same time there are many elaboration about the coal industry development. They have played a positive role in Shanxi coal industry development. The paper conducts a new research to the Shanxi coal industrial structure optimization question based on industrial quality theory. This is more useful to improve the quality of Shanxi coal industry and optimize the coal industry structure. There will be a theoretical and practical significance to the Shanxi Coal Industry development and regional economic development by adopting this study.In this paper, First, the author makes systematic summary and creative ponder and thinks that: the industrial quality is the industrial system nature or the quality. It has systematic characteristic,level characteristic, archery target stipulation characteristic and dynamic characteristic; Its basic content includes: resources quality, system quality and technical quality, summarizing the basic pattern of the industrial quality promotion,discussing the basic relations between industrial quality and industrial structure,as well as the interaction relations between coal industrial quality and industrial structure. Next, the paper analyses Shanxi coal industrial quality present situation and industrial structure present situation in the foundation of industrial quality and relational theory; summarizes the existence question and analysis the origin reason; draws the conclusion: Shanxi coal industrial quality is good in resources quality and is low in system quality and technical quality, which can't support Shanxi coal industry development efficiently. In Shanxi coal industrial structure, there are products structure question, labor force structure question, primary processing and deep processing structure question, and coal industry correlation association industry relative log question and so on. Finally, in view of the Shanxi coal industrial structure existence question, proposed the countermeasure based on the industrial quality theory.
