Yunnan Province, Optimization Of Industrial Structure And Industrial Quality Of The Relationship Between Empirical Research

Industrial structure optimization and upgrading of China's industrial development has always been an important element. Regional industrial structure upgrading mainly focuses on the efficient allocation of production elements, short-term efficient allocation of production factors can rely on market regulation, while the long term efficient allocation of factors of production requires the Government's guidance system. Industry quality is proposed by the Chinese scholars after a certain degree's regional economic development to measure the quality of the entire region of the industry. Industry quality keeps eyes on the problem how to conclude the entire region's quality combined by dynamic and static description. They are all on studying industry, but the two end-result is very different. The former may be refined to the industry, and the latter to grasp the macro level. This article focuses on the interaction relationship between the industrial structure in Yunnan province industry and industrial quality, obtained relations between the two through the establishment of VAR models:the impact of optimization of industrial structure in Yunnan province to industrial quality is weak. That means, the optimization of industrial structure will neither enhance the industrial quality, nor reduce the industrial quality; At the same time, the industrial quality in Yunnan province has a negative impact on industrial structure.The paper begins with the research background, content, technology routine and related theories, reviews the related literature and research trends on industrial quality and optimization of industrial structure, including Petty-Clark Law, Kuznets law, Hoffman theorem, and other theory of industry evolution; the theory of marginal adjustment of industrial structure, consisting of two industrial transfer base theory and the related theory that treateing industrial quality as a dynamic, with vitality, a certain connection with the economic theories carrier.Then the article starts from two aspects, one is to conduct feasibility studies of industrial optimization of Yunnan Province:treating Yunnan Province as a separate economies unit to study, gives the definition of industrial structure optimization, analysises the factors of industrial upgrading, from employment in three industries in the three industries share of total employment, industry output accounted for the third time the proportion of industrial output value of two aspects, and give evidence of the reality of Yunnan Province,finally it is verified the existence of the industrial structure optimization in Yunnan Province; the other aspects is doing research in Yunnan province's industrial quality:First, it gives the definition of the industrial quality, followed by an analysis of the impact of industrial quality factors, then it selectes the most important factor in industrial quality by factor analysis combained Yunnan Province's local data, that are, economic factors (including technical quality, systems quality, quality of human capital, capital quality, economies of scale, international trade) and social factors (mainly public support.) Also it shows the fact of Yunnan Province's industrial quality is the lower level in the country by calculating the factor scores.The last part is the most important one of this thesis, namely, studies the relationship between the industrial structure optimization and the industrial quality:through the establishment of VAR models, using impulse response analysis and variance decomposition to verify the relationship between optimization of industrial structure in Yunnan Province and industrial quality. The impact of optimization of industrial structure in Yunnan province to industrial quality is weak. That means, the optimization of industrial structure will neither enhance the industrial quality, nor reduce the industrial quality; At the same time, the industrial quality in Yunnan province has a negative impact on industrial structure.
