Research On Industrial Structure In Coal-dependent Cities Of China

Coal-dependent cities are an important part of resource-dependent cities, and play an important role in our city-system. As a special urban function type, coal-dependent cities provide lots of manufacture material for the economic construction of our society, and contribute to the acceleration of regional economics, achievement of industrialization and urbanization.However, because of their own development characteristics and the affection of new economic form and phenomenon, coal-dependent cities have confronted with serious sustainable problems, such as irrationality of industrial structure, slow increase of the economics, high rate of unemployment. How to meet the challenge and achieve optimization of industrial structure is a crying for solving problems for coal-dependent cities.Based on the analysis of china's coal-dependent city conditions, I analysis the industrial structure in China's coal-dependent cities and point out the reasons for the formation. In this paper, based on the principles of the industrial structure optimization, I put forward the industrial structure strategy and policy orientation of China's coal-dependent cities. This paper testifies that:(1) through analysis on the actuality of the coal-dependent cities, it is discovered that the secondary industry is void high; both of the primary and tertiary industries drop behind to average level.(2) For China's coal-dependent cities problems, such as:industrial structure is single and strong structure duality, I point out some targeted strategy from the macro, meso and micro, and analysis the potential lead industry's cultivation patterns and out of the declining industry.(3) And propose that optimization strategy of the coal-dependent cities.This paper can be divided into six chapters. The first chapter, the introduction, analyzes the background and significance of this research, promotes the research thread and introduces the research progress at home and abroad. It summarizes the research progress. The second chapter is about China's coal-dependent cities situation. It include that the coal-dependent city's definition and classification, and the formation and development stages of the coal-dependent cities. This chapter provides the basis for the study.The third chapter focuses on situation of industrial structure of China's coal cities. Start with an overall analysis of the three industrial structures, this chapter points out the problems about industrial structure of China's coal-dependent cities.The fourth chapter is about the evolution of the mechanism of China's coal-dependent industry structure and characteristics. It point out the reasons and process for forming the industry structure, this is the explanation of the third chapter.The fifth chapter is about the objectives, principles and the content of China's coal-dependent industrial structure. It is the industrial structure optimization strategy proposed guidelines to be followed.The sixth chapter focuses on the countermeasures of optimization of industrial structure, including general strategies, potential lead industry, and the cultivation pattern, declining industries exit, the policy orientation of industrial structure optimization and some problems. The strategy mainly includes macro-, meso-and micro-aspects, and emphasis on the potential lead industry, the cultivation pattern and declining industry. On this basis of the preceding analysis, it analyzes the principle of withdrawal.
