The Forth Party Logistics Under The Electronic Commerce Envirovment And Applied Research In Beibu Gulf(Guangxi) Economic Region

From the end of 20th century to the beginning of 21st century,human society walked into the knowledge economy time, the networkhas become the control of economic life. The electronic commerce isthe product of information and network, as a result of its owncharacteristic, has widely aroused the interest of society from allwalks of life, particularly in modern logistics. The modern log-istics is essential to electronic commerce development, the modernlogistic technology creates the condition for the fast promotion ofelectronic commerce. The development of electronic commerce hasbrought with the logistic demands at the same time, the futuredirection of logistics development will be the specialization, thestandardization and the informationization, the development ofelectronic commerce will greatly promote the logistics industry,specially the third party logistics and the forth party logistics.Modern logistics are regarded as the third profit source or the forthprofit source of enterprises as well as decreasing of material consumption and increasing of labor- production rate. As for theenterprise, how to utilize the modern logistic management and thetechnology, support enterprise's electronic commerce activity moreeffectively, conformity the enterprise commercial interchange, thephysical distribution, the fund flow, the information flow effe-ctively, satisfy the needs of enterprise's the developmental st-rategy, have become the question which the logistics enterprisesurgently need to solve.This article has first studied the new tendency of the electroniccommerce development, thus has drawn out the relations of electroniccommerce and the modern logistics, the logistics modernization,which complete the upholstery for the systematic analysis of ph-ysical distribution for behind. Following,this article analyzed theconcept, the characteristic of the forth party logistics, the socialeconomy environment in which the forth party logistics produced anddeveloped, the function and the condition, the organizational st-ructure. Following it closely elaborated the forth party logisticsenterprise's concrete operation pattern under the electronic co-mmerce environment, and has constructed a hypothesized forth partylogistics model (4PL). Following the foothold returned to Beibu Gulf(Guangxi) Economic Region of our country.
