A Research On Sustainable Development’s Compreriensive Carryingcapacity Of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

Only focusing on the rate of economic growth has always been occurring in many regions of China, which ignores the protection of resources and environment, especially the natural resources. Because of the above reasons, phenomena thatwater contamination and atmospheric pollution and noxious waste pollution are very serious leading to the reduction of cultivated land and land use capability, which threaten the survival and development of human beings directly very much. To develop the regional economy more effectively and healthier, we should make reasonable and scientificplannings based on our own economic development level and environment, only in this way can we have a healthy, stable and sustainableeconomic development mode.The Sate Council has authorized The Development Planning of Beibu Gulf Economic Region in Guangxi province since January of 2008. It means the development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Region to a national strategy. It is measure of national in-depth implementation of the western development strategy, improve the regional economic layout and open to promote coordinated development of the national regional and international cooperation.According to the statistical yearbook of Guangxi province from 2004 to 2013, based on the Beibu Gulf region combined with basic maps of Nanning District, Beihai District, Qinzhou District and Fangchenggang District, this paper will research the factor that influence the bearing capacity of the Beibu Gulf and has determined three subsystems of its bearing capacity, which is natural subsystem, economy subsystem and society subsystem respectively. Several norms have been selected from each subsystems shape the norm system of the bearing capacity in the Beibu Gulf.With the method of mean square deviation, the weight of each norm can be calculated which can get the index of the bearing capacity in the Beibu Gulf.On the basis of the situation of the bearing capacity in the Beibu Gulf, with the concept of sustainable development. Results indicate that:The Bearing capacity of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Region is In the medium level,and Shows the tendency of increase; The Bearing capacity of Nanning is best, the Bearing capacity of Qinzhou is less, the Bearing capacity of Beihai and Fangchenggang is bad. Based on research of bearing capacity, find that the sustainable development ability of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Region and the bearing capacity is positively related. Finally, the paper puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures for the sustainable development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Region.
