How does an enterprise develop continuously? Manay researchers put forward various proposals.The theory of restriction on enterprises growth point to management, finance, market demand and the target that the manager pursue are four constrained factors that decide the business enterprise increase. Principal-agent Theory mainly researches the relationship of owner and agent. The enterprise resources theories mainly research how to acquire, allot, use enterprise resources. Ingenerating nature inside the Capital Structure decides that the distribution of the control power and insurance in an enterprise on the modern capital structure theories. The research in the development of capital market and change of enterprise organize point to there is critical value in the evolution of the enterprise management style, it is decided by the developed degree of the capital market.IchakAdizes thought the life cycle of enterprise includes three periods: First is Growing Stage; Second is Mature Stage; Third is Aging Stage. Enterprise each stage faces the problems of transformations in the life cycle, Enterprise only overcomes these problems and then it can develop healthily. The different stage of the development of enterprise should adopt the suitable management style.The author thinks the management style can be divided into three stages: Non-professional management, Half-professional management, Professional management basing on management system and control power in an enterprise. Certainly the change of the enterprise management style is not people subjective choice completely, more one is the result of an economic contrast of the enterprise management style. This paper explains the natural change of the enterprise management style on the Cost vs Performance of the professional management and non-professional management.
