The enterprise economic activity analysis is not only the basis of the enterprise to carry on the management decision-making, but also the powerful method to enhance the enterprise economic efficiency. As it is the time to set up power market, the power enterprise economic activity analysis theory under traditional project management pattern does not fit the power industry's development under the new situation. The research aims at power enterprises'management and competition in the future power market must have the theoretical and practical meanings. In order to do well the produce management and operation work and complete the market competition work, they need a set of economic activity analysis theory based on market economy to instruct them to make the correct production management and the market competition decision-making. This paper is to propose and to conduct the research under the new situation that power industry gets developed.Regarding this, this article mainly analyzes and compares the difference of the index system of enterprise economic activity analysis target system under two economic systems. According to the DuBang analysis method, this paper establishes an analysis method about electric power enterprise economic activity analysis theory and system, and the influence factor based on the electric power market.
