The enterprise culture is the important strategic resource of enterprise's survival and development, it is also the most strategic, basic and decisive element to constitute the enterprise's comprehensive strength. In nowadays developing economic rapidly, fierce times day by day of enterprise's competition, to build up a characteristic and suitable enterprise culture have already become the very important choice that enterprise promote management quality, strengthen the vitality and competitiveness.The development of HNA creates a miracle in the development history of civil aviation. During the past 13 years, HNA grows up rapidly in its aviation transportation business through creative capital operation and far-sighted strategy. So far it has become the fourth largest aviation enterprise group in china with nearly 50-billion-yuan assets. HNA pay much attention to the construction of enterprise culture, HNA adheres to the enterprise culture of"internally cultivating the spirit with the essence of the traditional Chinese culture, and externally combining the advanced western management and technology"and meanwhile, advocates the corporate tenet of Integrity, Performance and Innovation. HNA encourages all the employees to realize individual and social values so as to build up a team of employees with high qualification and readiness to contribute themselves to the society."To do something for others, to do something for the society, and to do something for oneself"is the conception of HNA. The enterprise culture has guided staff's behavior, inspired staff's enthusiasm, and strengthened the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This thesis use diverse perspective including systematic, positivism analyzing to analyze the enterprise culture of HNA, and conclude some experiences. There are six sections in this thesis. First section is brief introduction. Second one is theoretical introduction of enterprise culture. The third section introduces the development of HNA and the formation process of enterprise culture. The fourth section focus on the construction of enterprise culture, this part includes the framework of enterprise culture, the characteristic of enterprise culture, and so on. The fifth section summarizes some experiences that another enterprise can make use of. The last section is conclusion.
