ABSTRACT:The competition of enterprise in twenty-first Century, organization culture and supply chain management all play important roles. The increasing role of enterprise culture plays in performance improvement is prominent. At the same time, with the development of globalization, the competition is no longer between the enterprises, but between the supply chains. More and more enterprises try to improve performance through the implementation of supply chain management, and pay great efforts. However, these enterprises get uneven performance improvement, even if implement the same supply chain management, some get successful but some are not.A lot of literatures show that,on one hand, good corporate culture will bring positive effect for the enterprise, On the other hand, different cultures decide will adopt different management strategy to improve supply chain management ability. The existing relevant theoretical focus on enterprise culture and operation management, didn’t consider the antecedents of management practice. It has neglected the important influence of corporate culture on the manager’s management practice.In this study, we groundbreaking create a framework of enterprise culture, the practice of SCM and business performance, especially the mediated relationship between corporate culture and performance; and the in-depth relationship between enterprise culture and the practice of SCM.In this paper, we strictly accordance with the empirical model,using the statistical method and structural equation model. In the basic of data collection of manufacturing enterprises, we analysis and processing the date and verification and adjustment model. The model analysis shows that:the corporate culture has a significant positive effect on the practice of SCM; the enterprise culture and the practice of SCM all have a significant positive effect on enterprise performance; SCM practice also has mediator effect between corporate culture and performance. Market orientation culture has a significant positive effect on customer relationship and information sharing; loose control culture has a significant positive effect on partnership,customer relationship and information sharing; open systems culture has a significant positive influence on information sharing; and dogmatic standards culture has a significant positive effect on supply chain integration.Finally based on the conclusion of the analysis, we put forward some strategy suggestions. We tend to provide some meaningful reference for enterprises to implement effective supply chain management practice in different cultural environment and to improve the performance of enterprises.
