| With the rapid development of China economy, dwellers income rises ceaselessly, the demand of travel led the airline passenger volume increased; international trade is increasing, creating more opportunities for the China air transport market. However, in the face of this huge opportunity,at the same time, China’s aviation industry is also facing the high-speed rail, road and other alternatives to seize the market threat, as well as fierce industry competition of domestic prices and the rise of the civil aviation airline" look at fiercely as a tiger does". In view of this, we choose two listed companies which are the Air Transport typical representative of the Mainland of China-Air China and Hainan Airlines Company Limited.
