In recent years, the development of logistics industry is not only promoting manufacturing to reduce product cost, raising economic benefit and adjusting traditional organization form, but also helpful to improve enterprise's core competitiveness. Logistics equilibrium research, which has significant effects on inventory control, is very important. Of course, it's also very important to harbor enterprise. At present, WISCO industrial port finished products warehouse is the main finished products distribution centre of WISCO. Its warehouse logistics equilibrium has powerful influence on the sending-out ability of WISCO. Therefore, with the rapid development of logistics industry in the nowadays, harbor enterprise requires to use logistics technology broadly and rationally so as to explore its own profit source and strengthen marketplace competitiveness.In allusion to the problems of WISCO industrial port warehouse like lagging management, inefficient operation and low utilization rates and at the angle of logistics equilibrium, the paper studies WISCO industrial port finished products warehouse logistics system which based on random simulation. The paper firstly analyses the fundamental theories and methods of system simulation. Secondly, it analyses the current operating situation, composition of logistics system and characteristic of goods flow of WISCO industrial port finished products warehouse, points out the problems and the specific targets and requests of industrial port warehouse logistics system. Thirdly, it systematically analyses the logistics system, divides the system function module, and structures the system frame and physical design. It builds up stack optimization models and random inventory models according to warehouse logistics optimization theory, and applies anneal arithmetic to find the solution to the models. Finally, it designs the system, compiles the codes, and debugs the procedures. It realizes a modern management system which can rapidly respond, reduce inventory cost, increase economic efficiency and easily maintain by building up a random inventory model and warehouse optimization decision-making model. Consumers can use the data of simulated result to improve or simulate the current inventory scheme repeatedly, which can provide the most fundamental direction to the entire logistics system optimization. Applying visual figure display method makes warehouse operating crew realize the warehouse's operation which has been optimized. And it adopts system simulation ways to reflect warehouse actual logistics state, which is favorable to explore the capacity of warehouse logistics and check the rationality of inventory scheme. The simulation system's inventory warning mechanism provides a decision-making basis for enterprise inventory control. Ultimately, it can realize the objectives of improving warehouse management and economic benefit.
