A Study On Enterprise Integrative Innovation Chain

As our country joins the World Trade Organization much more deeply and the Global economic integration is intensifying, Knowledge and information as intangible resources are gradually replacing material resources to become important strategic resources in relation with enterprise's survival and development in the new economic era. Technological innovation has become an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantages in the international market. Practice has proved that "no innovation, no survival" has become a necessary criteria for enterprises to participate in market competition. For the majority of Chinese Mid- and small-scale enterprises, due to limited resources for innovation which makes them often passive in the international market competition, which has brought our enterprises much disadvantages for their long-time development. At the same time, the low technical achievement conversion rate in the technical innovation process is another important reason why our technology innovation is very weak. This thesis is precisely in view of how to carry on the limited innovation resources in the innovation process for the effective conformity and redeploy, thus enhances the ability of transforming the technical achievement into realistic productivity this, and then proposes the thesis of "Research on the enterprise integrative innovation chain", and initially discusses how to construct the integrative innovation chain to advance the rationality, the feasibility and the validity when enterprises are engaged in the technical innovation process.The thesis is composed by five parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the theory background, realistic demand as well as the research route; the second part reviews the related integrative innovation theory, which provides theory strut to induct the integrative innovation chain; the third part proposes the theory connotation of integrative innovation chain, analysis the significance that enterprises establish the integrative innovation chain, and researches its integrant parts and movement mechanism; the fourth part researches its movement condition, innovation pattern, coordination management mechanism between department's as well as the achievement inspection targets, and aims at our well-known enterprise—Haire innovation chain making and operating to carry on the real diagnosis analysis; the fifth part is the full summary and forecast introducing its main innovation as well as the next step of research direction.This thesis utilizes the method of analysis and synthesis, summarizes and abstracts the technical chain, the value chain, the supply chain and the development chain, uses them to research the theory of the integrative innovation chain, and has formed the connotation of the integrative innovation chain; Uses the comparison methodology, carries on the comparative analysis to the domestic and foreign relative present research on the integrative innovation chain, thus reorganize the material about technical innovation process, and combines the actual situation to construct the suitable movement mechanism and the target system of the integrative innovation chain; investigates our high-tech enterprise—"Haier", and has gained the massive correlative information to obtain the full first material for diagnosis analysis on the integrative innovation chain of Haire, and carries on the analysis and summary.
