Research On Credit Rating System Of Enterprises In China

Credit is not only the cornerstone of the financial mechanism, but also that of the whole market economy. The basis of modern economy is the credit. Sound credit system is the primary guarantee of the normal process of business and the healthy operation of national economy. The credit system of enterprises is an important component of social credit system. Discussion on the enhancement of corporate credit rating will promote and optimize the construction of social credit system significantly. Meanwhile, the research of enterprise credit rating system is meaningful to enterprises, invertors, financial markets, and the government. Therefore, the credit rating is essential to the healthy growth of the capital market and economic development in China.Credit rating originated from overseas, and has been greatly developed. At the present, the credit rating systems in Europe and the United States advance around the world. On the contrast, the domestic credit rating is in arrears and in the initial phrase, but its importance is becoming more and more apparent. Therefore, provided with this social and historical condition, we must develop and deepen the theory of the credit rating and establish a credit rating system suitable for our nation to create a good condition for the healthy development of our capital market and a further perfect joint with the international markets. Taking this chance, the paper, based on the introduction of domestic and abroad enterprise credit rating systems, has made some research on the national enterprise credit rating system.Aiming at the general industrial enterprise credit rating, the research mainly analyzed the factors to determine the enterprise credit. According to these factors, we designed a combination of qualitative indices and quantitative indices, and adopted AHP approach, which can ensure the scientific quality and accuracy of the final conclusion on evaluation. The dissertation has made an experiment to form a scientific and accurate creditworthiness appraisal of enterprises. In the last part of the dissertation, an automobile enterprise is cited as an example to verify the appraisal program and method proposed by the author.This article designs an architecture of the credit rating system of enterprises, which not only develop the theory of credit rating system of enterprises but also extends the applied field of the credit rating, and we hope contribute to the socialistic market economy in our nation which now is rapidly developing and is increasingly competing and. cooperating with the international economy.
