Automobile Assembly Line Balance And It's Study Of Quality Management

On traditional automobile assembly production line,people pay more attention to production efficiency enhancement and operation load balance. Along with small batch and multi-variety flexible production becoming the assembly mainstream, how to make an assembly achieve the design request, while reducing re-doing and improving the product quality and the staff morale has become the emphasis of line balance study.In this article the automobile assembly line balance was taken as the object of study. Through detailed analysis on production line balance and online quality control characteristics, quality issues that may cause in the assembly process were summarized. A set of practical and feasible quality control method were thus set up.Shanghai General Automobile Limited Company chassis 2nd construction section's productions were taken as the example for the analysis of automobile model assembly way. Process failure model effect analysis, the modeling analysis, the production line balance improvement and the production system were analyzed once more. Depending upon this, methods to control the assembly quality in line balance were described. While considering man-hour of balance and hour efficiency, proper attention were also paid to assembly quality control enhancement.
