The quality of products is the live brood of manufacturing, and theessential factor of the enterprise live on. Above all,mechatronics product is themost important symbol of gauge the manufacturing of a country. As mechatronicsproduct, the final quality depend much on the manipulate during assemblyprogress.Thus to say,research how to improve the operator’s acts have a greatsignificance to reduce the defect rate.Human error analysis devote lower the serious consequence of an accidentbecause of human,while the rule of quality manage is do the right thing at the firststep,both of them have common chase. Is no doubt the theory and method of HRAcan be used on the quality manage,facing the challenge emerge on the fields ofmanufactory and serve business,HRA seemed very necessary.This paper choose an electronic factory,focus on the worker’s assemble acts,analysis those based on HRA,obtain the result the defect rate of mechatronicsproduct mainly close link to the follow: the operator’s skill and the environmentworking in,describe the operator’s act among the sensor’s assembling from the viewof engineering science,on the basis of two sorting technical present by Rasmussenand Reason,analysis the frequent fault pattern, use the HRA tool-THERP+HCRcalculate the product fault rate. Use Principle Component Analysis method find outthe main PSFs effect the operator’s reliability, advocate handle assembler’s unsafeacts from the following three: person, environment, organization, thus to improve thequality of products...
