As the German industry 4.0 and "made in China 2025" guiding role in the field of manufacturing industry in our country increasingly brought to the attention of the government and enterprises,the concept of intelligent factory has been generally agreed by the industry.One of the core is the wide application of the manufacturing execution system.Assembly line as a very important part of manufacturing execution system,its balance research directly relates to the max efficiency of the whole production line.How to identify the bottleneck process is inseparable from the production tempo.To this end,this paper combines the present situation of some chain company assembly line,through the analysis of the characteristics of its mixed model assembly line,as an object with the assembly line balance,and it carries on the theoretical analysis,the method research and practice improvement.This article focuses on the production line of mixed model of the chain company,whose main work and results are:1.Through extensive review of related literature at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of mixed model assembly line of the chain company,based on the related theory about mixed model assembly line balance and improvement,we analyzed the mixed model assembly line methods study,work measurement and balance rate calculation,etc.2.Through on-the-spot investigation,the paper analyzes the existing problems of the mixed model assembly line of the chain the company's XX type,and made XX assembly drawing process flow diagram,each process operating schedules and methods of operation time distribution in each process,draws on Piecewise Serial Loading Process is one of the bottleneck process;In turn,the reason for the inefficiency of assembly line of XX model is found by drawing the drawing of the fish stinger.3.Based on the principle of ECRS,etc.,through mapping XX mixed model assembly line operation time for each station distribution,subsection series process hands operation analysis diagram,segmented series or hands operation analysis diagram after process improvement,we improve the bottleneck process.Then,the results of the bearing process were analyzed and compared.(For example,the using efficiency rate between human and machine after the improvement.).4.Based on drawing the X type mixed model assembly line's assembly process layout,u-shaped distribution improvement measures are given,and comparison and analysis of the effect between before and after improvement has been made.It shows that the improvement measures reduced staff,reduce material handling,reduces the employees walking,and enhanced the cooperation among the employees,thus greatly improved the efficiency of the mixed model assembly line.
