Policy Research Of The Progress Of Agriculture Science And Technology In Shanghai

The development of agriculture is the foundation of the development of national economy. The progress of agricultural science and technology is essential to promote the development of agriculture. So far, it has received much attention of the government and those involved in the circle of theory. There are many problems, resulting from the progress of agricultural science and technology, having seriously restricted the development of Shanghai's agriculture.The concentrated problems in the progress of Shanghai's agricultural science technology were discussed and analyzed. Combining the experience of Israel and Holland, Related countermeasures were mentioned in this dissertation.This dissertation included four parts:The first part includes analysis of some factors such as the backward of management system, the unkilter of industrialization, the slowness transform, which hinder the progress of Shanghai's agricultural science and technology, furthermore, the reasons were discussed.The second part analyzed the opportunity and challenge of Shanghai's agricultural.The third part consult the experience of Israel and Holland.The forth part provides some related suggestions on dealing with these issues.
