The Assessment Of Enterprise Innovation System And The Research Of How To Support The System Mentioned Above

First, the innovation is an important premise which will determine economical growth whether or not moving in ideal platform. Second, the innovation is the modern enterprise competition's focus. Third, the innovation is a comprehensive network which involves the enterprise, the scientific research institution, the government, the financial organ, the intermediary service organization and so on. In conclusion, based up on the three aspects mentioned above, we must develop and harmonize innovation process through managing enterprise's internal resources and exterior resources effectively. This article constructs the enterprise innovation system and analyzes enterprise innovation systemic influencing factors and achievement using Panel Data and DEA methods. Also, this article proposes the perfect countermeasure and the suggestion for enterprise innovation system. There are four parts in this article except introduction and conclusion.Section one, the innovation system theory review. First, this article reviews domestic and foreign enterprise innovation theory briefly, it consists of the mentioning of the new conception of the innovation; the meaning of the enterprise innovation and the methods to realize the innovation; the relations and differences among innovation systems.Section two, the supporting system analysis of enterprise innovation system. This article has profited from the regional economics which contribute to the investigation of region innovation system and industrial innovation system. This article has constructed the enterprise innovation system, and has proposed some main factors, which impact the system, such as enterprise, development facility, higher education organization, government apparatus, financial organ, intermediary service organization, and so on. It is a relatively stable system which is formed through long-term official or the unofficial cooperation. This article analyses every integrant part of the system at the same time.Section three, taking the medicine enterprise as the example, this article analyses influential factors and efficiency appraisals towards enterprise innovation system. This article analyzes the influential factors of the enterprise innovation system using the method Panel Data which belongs to the econometrics; and analyzes the system's innovation achievements using the method DEA which belongs to the operations research.Section four, the basic methods cultivating enterprise innovation system. In this section, this article proposes the radical countermeasures and suggestions basing on country, region, and enterprise.
