The Study Of The Choice For Innovation Strategy Based On The Innovation System Efficiency Evaluation

Since J.A.Schumpeter raised the concept of innovation, either national innovation system, enterprise innovation system or one in between industrial innovation system has become an important research topic. For the rapid development of technology today, technological innovation has also been concerned by an increasing number of enterprises and their support systems. The enterprises only aware of their own status and technological innovation capabilities then can select the desired innovation strategies and achieve further optimal levels of technological innovation. The enterprises with the government, institutions and other intermediaries will achieve to the overall coordination of innovation, as long as the corresponding support systems continue to improve.This study in the electronic and telecommunications equipment manufacturing, in addition to the introduction and conclusion, is divided into four parts:Chapter 1, the innovative theories are reviewed. The chapter includes innovation, enterprise innovation, technological innovation and innovative concepts and research.Chapter 2, I choose and analyze the factors that impact the innovation. Using a fixed effect model of Panel Data to select index which influences innovation outputs, then to pave the way for the next chapter.Chapter 3, innovative system efficiency evaluation based on the DEA method. After DEA method is introduced and index is selected, come to the innovation situation and economies of scale in 19 provinces, Also analyze the dual price and the slack and surplus.Chapter4, analyze the innovation strategies of electronic and telecommunications equipment manufacturing and choose the innovation strategy. Combining innovation strategy choice, our situation and developed trails, study on the innovation strategy choice of the electronic and telecommunications equipment manufacturing. Come to the conclusion that our country should choose the model of cooperative innovation, because the strategy can avoid high-risk, integrate high-tech, access to high profits. Finally, I also analyze the problems associated and propose some policies related.
