Consideration On Developing Mode And Choice Of County Economy In Jilin Province

In the 21^st century ,how to improve the national economic development has become the focus of every nation under the tide of globalization. A country or a region's economic status is reflected mainly by the competitiveness of its industries . As a new point of view for promoting regional economic development , industrial cluster has received more and more attention theoretically and practically .In order to accelerate the economic development of Northeast China , the central government has proposed that the revitalization of the old industrial base of Northeast China should be carried out through new ideas ,new systems , new mechanisms and new methods .Industrial economy of Northeast China , mainly based on resources and heavy manufacturing , has ever contributed much to our country and resulted in the big success of Northeast region in the planned economy .However , it fell behind the economy of Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta very soon after 1980s . To implement industrial cluster strategy would be an inevitable choice for accelerating the economic development of Northeast China. It's also wise to focus on the factors that would improve the industrial cluster development .Industrial cluster strategy would surely vitalize the economy of Northeast China .The first part shows us an overview of the industrial cluster theory , illustrating the definition ,the characteristic ,the mechanism and the formation of industrial cluster .The third part focuses on the practical foundation of industrial cluster. It indicates there has been industrial cluster in the Northeast China potentially and we can learn from some successful cases .The fourth part is mainly about the existing problems of industrial cluster strategy and the measures we would take . We could only propose effective measures on the base of thorough analysis of the problems as well as full understanding of the practical difficulty .
