Study On The Mechanism And Model Of Development Of The New-tape Urbanization In Northeast China

It is the urbanization century of the 21 century, with the economy globalization and revitalization of the Old Industrial Base in Northeast,the cities in Northeast should take the way of the new-tape urbanization ,for improving the city-region competitivenesss,adapting to the new phase of urbanization development and the new trend of global economical change.The dissertation relies on the thread with the new-tape urbanization, uses the theories and methods of relevant subjects,such as urban geography, urban planning, economics, regional economic geography and sociology,and adopts the method of theory and practical investigation.It bases on analyzing historical evolution,current situation characteristic and development trend of the Northeast,then stresses on the development mechanism and development model of the new-tape urbanization in the Northeast. There are four chapters in this paper:Starting with such concepts as urbanization and the new-tape urbanization, chapter one analyzes the relationship of the urbanization and the new-tape urbanization.And it discusses the characteristic of new-tape urbanization.Chapter two analyses the historical development state of urbanization in the northeast, and summarizes the impaction factors in different state.From the point of view of development level,development quality and impetus factor of urbanization and so on,analyzes the current situation of the urbanization.,then discusses the development characteristic and trend in the Northeast.meanwhile,it analyzes the development conditions of the new-tape urbanization in the Northeast.Chapter three analyses the development mechanism of the new-type urbanization in the Northesat.From some aspects such as the industrialization promotion,the high technology development,the investment and consumption increase,the modern technology application,the city and the region knowledge-based,the plan guidance and the policy innovation,the article elaborates their impact on the development of the new-tape urbanization.Chapter four dissertates the development model of new-tape urbanization.Based on various regional characteristic, it divides the Norhteast into the mega-city zone,resource and industrial mining-baced zone,agricultural zone,declining zone and frontier port zone several different type areas,then depends on each type area's characteristic,it disscuses the fitting zone development model of the new-tape urbanization.
