The Research On Supply Chain Coordination With Contract Combined And Vehicle Routing Problem

From the change and development of the global world business in the 21st century, we can see that the competition of the world business has exceeded competition among enterprises and competition among products. Instead, the competition among supply chains becomes severer than those two. Thus, how to become more competitive in supply chain has attracted great attention of enterprises as well as scholars.Based on analyzing the existing study of the above topic, this thesis focuses on the coordination of supply chain and the optimization of distribution, especially highlights the flexibility of supply chain contract coordination and the solving process of VRP.Regarding the contract coordination of the supply chain, a two-stage ordering concept is introduced on the basis of the existing contract model. Different contract models are found for different conditions. The optimal ordering policy of integration is brought out, which maximizes the profit of the whole supply chain. A contract coordination system is set up to make sure the supply chain can be coordinated under the best policy.As for the VRP solving process, a heuristic algorithm is brought forward on the basis of tabu search, and genetic algorithms. The PFIH algorithm is applied to get a comparative high quality initiative solution, and then the tabu search is used for further optimization. This combined optimization method is simple in construction and effective, suitable for VRP solution in small scale.We also do numerical simulations to test the model and the algorithm. The result shows an accordance of the proposed model and the real situation.
