Research Coordination Model Of Supply Chain Combined Contract Under Disruption

In recent years, with the increasing competition in the market and the customer personalization demand rise ceaselessly, the competition among enterprises has been transformed into the supply chain and the supply chain competition. In the process of supply chain management, in order to give full play to their advantages, to achieve the overall supply chain profit maximization, supply chain in between each node enterprise to a highly coordinated manner of business cooperation. However, all kinds of uncertainty in supply chain environment of a general image, supply chain facing many unexpected events. Any place, any time the unexpected events will affect the normal operation of supply chain, if in the face of the unexpected events a little mistake will fail. Therefore, the emergency of the coordination problem in supply chain to the enterprises in the supply chain between the activities to achieve the coordinated has certain theoretical and practical significance.According to the manufacturer, distributor and retailer in three stage supply chain as the research object, assuming the product market demand is stochastic and by the retail price elasticity effect, analyzes the research background, research significance, research purposes has been at home and abroad on the supply chain coordination research situation; after the introduction of supply chain coordination theory basis, in-depth analysis of the imbalance in the supply chain of cause and effect, and the emergency management idea is applied to the emergency supply chain coordination necessity; proved simple buy-back contract cannot achieve the coordination of supply chain, and through the analysis of distributed control and centralized control case node enterprise’s profit model, design of revenue sharing contract and buy back contract combined contract coordination model; study the incidents on the supply chain impact, as well as in the case of unexpected events after the supply chain optimal answer price.The purpose of this article is through the research of stochastic demand under three-level supply chain, designs the combined contract of supply chain coordination model, and find out the emergency supply chain coordination strategy. The research contents and conclusions for supply chain management decision makers to provide certain theoretical guidance and reference.
