The key of performance evaluation is to set the indicators. Based on reviewing the theory of performance evaluation, this paper mainly focuses on setting method of indicators. This paper takes Jiangsu Sopu as example, discussing the design of performance evaluation indicator system. The research is mainly in the following aspects:This paper introduces the development and prospects of the mode and practice about domestic and abroad performance evaluation. Focus on the way to determine performance evaluation indicators and the way to determine the weight of such indicators, which are the key points of staffs' performance evaluation system.Put Jiangsu Sopu as the mainly study group, firstly analyses Human Resources Group of Jiangsu Sopu and performance evaluation of the present situation, then study the performance mode of Jiangsu Sopu under the condition of specific restrictions. According to the positioning of performance evaluation by the corporation, this paper analyzed the existing problems in current performance evaluation. In the end, it suggests the improvement without loss of generality:1,Using Balance Score Card to determine the basic indicators of staff performance evaluation, then design the certification questionnaire for the indicators;2,Through the use of survey questionnaires and survey analysis of indicators, established under the second-level indicators, then established a system of performance evaluation criteria.3,Sopu is using the Delphi (expert assessment) and AHP for staff performance evaluation criteria and giving weight, according to principles and steps of AHP, the paper achieves the indicators' weight in the evaluation system, and then make more scientific decision.This paper adapts such evaluation methods to the Human resource management of Jiangsu Sopu. It measured the indicator system and the weight of each indicator, through questionnaires and statistical methods.
