The construction enterprise is one of the pillar industries in China, its operating results has great impact on our national economy. Globalization has become the significant development trend in competitive market, compared with strategy formulation and strategy implementation, it has become a more important task that result evaluation of strategy implementation and feedback of result for strategic management in the future as a reference. It's crucial that take effective strategy performance evaluation, reasonably analyze result and make constructive measures to maintain the competitive superiorities of an enterprise in volatile environment. So the study for strategy performance evaluation and analysis of result is necessary.First, this paper expounds current research on the theory of strategy performance evaluation at home and abroad, it makes a concrete analysis of strategy performance evaluation and strategy managing in construction enterprise, compares and analyzes various tools of evaluation, decides the tool which applies to construction enterprise Balance Score Card (BSC), and then discusses application of Balance Score in construction enterprise in detail according to previous findings in this paper. Second, the paper builds an evaluating index system for strategy performance evaluation based on Balance Score Card, determines the weight of indexes by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), evaluates in view of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, it gives a whole set of strategy performance evaluation system for construction enterprise, then it sorts and analyzes the result on Cluster Analysis to find problems in operation by the feedback of result. This can improve the core Competition of construction enterprise, and bring about an advance in construction enterprise. At last, the paper makes a case study by using national eleventh five-year strategy plan of the SZ company, and analyzes the practicability and rationality of the system. |
