Risk Analysis And Management For Venture Capital Of Chinese Software Industry

Venture Capital is characterized by high-risk,high-return and high-growth potentiality, and it mainly concentrates on high-tech industries such as electronic information,biological medicine and network communication etc. According to research, this paper puts emphasis on probing into a model of risk management about Venture Capital Project with industrial characteristic adjusted to Chinese circumstance by taking the normal method that combines with real example.The dissertation consists of the following researches: (1) this paper elaborates and compares the basic Venture Capital theory, the risk management theory and the management decision theory;(2) this paper analyses risk factors of software enterprise and sets up decision-making and evaluation model for the software industry in investing stage;(3) considering different characteristic of software enterprises, this paper studies the arrangements of property right structure and administration structure and model of risk controlling in management after investment unit;(4) this paper made a study on evaluation of software VC industry on expansion.The innovation of the dissertation lies on: 1,In the decision-making analysis of VC investment stage, the paper firstly includes risk factors with industrial characteristic and founds an index system that consists of 5 subsystem and 17 factors. The paper applied AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to determine the weight of each appraisal index and established multilevel grey evaluation model with industrial characteristic.2,Management after investment stage includes agreement and follow-up management units. In follow-up management unit, this paper sets up a model of risk controlling with industrial characteristic to provide the risk management with reliable methods.
