Virtual-teams is a new form of organization, whose memberscollaborate closely depending on the telecommunications technologyacross space, time limits and organization. Virtual team is a main form ofvirtual administration of human resource, nowadays more and moreenterprises adopt virtual teams as their organizational forms. Trust invirtual team is regarded as the core element influencing the efficientoperation of the team. This paper discussed the building of trust inVirtual-teams based on a real virtual team by using a way of thecombination of theoretical research and case studies.This paper classified the reviewed research both at home andabroad about the trust in Virtual-teams. The distinction and theassociation between Virtual-teams and Virtual-organizations, thecharacteristics of Virtual-teams, the main elements of it, the role of trustin Virtual-teams, factors which impact on the trust in Virtual-teams,communication mechanism in Virtual-teams had been discussed in thepaper. Then carried out the principles, methods and the process ofbuilding trust in Virtual-teams. The paper shows that appropriate restraintmechanisms may help the building and the maintenance of the trust inVirtual-teams by game analysis and, as Virtual-teams has its own lifecycle, management strategy should be given against the different situation in each stage. Da-Qi's case is given at last as an empirical study of thepaper.
