Trust - Based Virtual Enterprise Partner Selection And Relationship Maintenance

Currently Social science and technology progress, economic development, have promoted updating of enterprise production mode and organization type. In past enterprise attempt to survive through competition, either win or lose, core resources could not be utilized effectively, but nowadays enterprises turn the thought, try to survive through cooperation, learn each other, therefore the flexible cooperative mode---virtual enterprise has been favored by many enterprises. The research emphasis is how the cooperative enterprises to cooperate each other effectively. Some research conclusions show that trust, as the key factor to promote coorperation between enterprises, become the tie of success of enterprises. With the operation until its completion, trust mechanism also becomes the key re regulatory mechanism. Therefore, research and establish reasonable trust mechanism and management of alliance should be put in the schedule. This article attempt to make a general survey of fundamental theory, make a reasonable understanding and analysis, to provide reference for the virtual enterprise partners to be effectively trust managed, so that the virtual enterprises can better develop their competitive advantages.Currently most literature emphasize on research of the influence factors and the analysis of trust mechanism, but the research on how to evaluate and choose the partners is less. And on the basis of specificity of trust, most research choose empirical approach, and less research on the basis of mode. the core research content of the article is to research for partner evaluation. Of which make use of the relative trust mode in the evaluation and choice of virtual partners, Provide quantative basis for the choice of partner’s cooperation. this article analyzes and promotes the research modes in past research literatures, try to establish more reasonable and visual trust evaluation method for partners, thereby make the achievement richer in the field of virtual enterprise trust research, and provides new guidance and thinking for the successful practice of virtual enterprises. Reasonable suggestion is given in the last of this article in the three aspect s of culture, prevention mechanism of losing trust and sharing mechanism, in which there is new point of view and understanding.
