This thesis expand a research on how to make effective prompting towards insurance salesman and review existing problems in terms of macroscopical, normal and microcosmic aspects in Chinese domestic insurance industry, as well as present situation of salesman's not having effective prompting. Through phone call investigation and interview with sales people of T life insurance company, discuss their situation of surviving and prompting, related analysis is made on influencing factors on effective prompting. At the end of the thesis, suggestions on how to improve effectively prompting is made, which intend to enforce effective prompting in order to bring salesman's capability into full play.The research here in use is a method of literature and individual case. By literature research, conclude existing problems in all aspects of Chinese domestic insurance industry, including problems of macroscopical environment, of normal operation and supervision and also of microcosmic insurance company individual case.The case in the thesis shows that in insurance company, salesman's status is different from one of inside-working staff, however, there is a crossover on administration and meanwhile, the status is restricted by training system, C&B system, attendance system and promotion system, etc. All these factors cause salesman's low activity, low subsistence and low performance. Therefore, we need to start with aspects above-mentioned to solve the problem of how sales peoples' effective prompting and to carry out the improving actions.
