This thesis researched the production and Human resources of China Mobile Inner Mongolia Communications Corp ("China Mobile IMCC" for short) ,by analysising the outsaid environment. Conjointing Human resources ("HR"for short) several management theories and using such methods of SWOT analysis, this thesis discussed the existing problems of China Mobile IMCC.
