Discussion On A Private Company's Strategy

Nowadays, the status of private companies in a national economy becomes more and more important. Some private companies are not only more important at domestic market, but also have their markets in the international society. As so as we can see, tempo of Chinese private companies is tiptop in the world, but their bankruptcy's tempo also is most fast, moreover, proportion of bankruptcy's private companies is tiptop in the world. Private companies develop at high speed, they also close down. There are some rules in it. This thesis will discuss those rules in private companies. Form a private company—Quansheng Group, we discuss one problem, then can know it's interior situation, a drop of water can reflect the shine of the sun. Although the thesis discusses only one private company, many problems and countermeasures in the thesis also are general.The thesis has two parts: one part is analysis content about Quansheng Group, another part is suggestions for Quansheng Group. The former part content contains four chapters: introducing enterprise, discussing problems, Boston matrix analysis, and enterprise's SWOT analysis. The later part contains two chapters: the countermeasures that the private companies should take, and the strategy for Quansheng Group. When the author of this thesis applies the theory acquiring in the classroom, he also investigates practically in the enterprise. So the thesis has its theoretical aspect and also operations aspect.
