Probe Into Private Economic Policies Of The Party

The Party's policy to the private economy in the new period inherits and develops the Marxist theory of private property, and is an important aspect of the sinicization of Marxism in the new period, and is a brilliant achievement of the sinicization of the Marxist theory of private property after reform and opening-up. The Party's policy to the private economy in the new period is an important component of Chinese characteristic socialism system, and comes into being with the support of it, and unceasingly develops forward accompanied by its breakthrough and innovation. Under the guidance of the Party's policy to the private economy in the new period, the private economy unceasingly grows stronger and becomes the the important component of the socialist market economy and plays the increasingly important role in the socialist modernization. Third, the evolution of the Party's policy to the private economy in the new period. This part is a focal point of the thesis, including the second chapter to the fifth chapter. In this part, the Party's policy to the private economy in the new period is divided into four stages: "acquiescence" stage (1978-1986), "supplement theory" stage (1987-1991), "component theory" stage (1992-2002), "equality theory" stage (from 2003 till now). Then, the background and the evolution of each stage are deeply studied.Fourth, namely, the sixth chapter, the deep analysis of the Party's policy to the private economy in the new period. On the basis of foregoing study, this part deeply analyses the reason and revelation of the Party's policy to the private economy in the new period, trying to sum up the inherent law.
