| Since reform and opening,Chinese private enterprises have developed sharply.Until september in2011, the number of Chinese registered private enterprises is over9million. The number of the employees is over180million until the end of the2010.Private enterprise as a main emplyment channel has been an important part of Chinesesocialism market economy. At the same time, labor relations problems have occurred.Whether the labor relations problems could be well solved or not, is not only relatedto the development of the private enterprises, but also related to the improvement ofthe socialist market economy system. A healthy labor relationship which keeps astable and harmonious society, helps the private economy, even GDP, going on a longway. Thus, a deep and professional research on labor relations in Chinese privateenterprises is of great significance in theory and practice.This paper based on marxistpolitical economics and western labor theory, treating labor relations in Chineseprivate enterprises as research object, using foreign successful experience forreference combins empirical analysis and norm research form the connotations,current situations and cuases of the labor relations problems in Chinese privateenterprises to explore a private enterprises development patten with chinesecharacteristics. And so as to better a labor relations theory of Chinese privateenterprises, this paper advises on the improvement of labor relations theory ofChinese private enterprises.This paper is mainly four parts. At the first part, theory basement of laborrelationship of private enterprise, which is including meaning and rang, Marxismlabor relationship theory, and western management theory. At the sencond part, current situations of Chinese private enterprises and the causes of it. This part paysmuch attention on many-sided analysis on labor relations problems, in order to revealthe causes. At the third one, revealing some basic structure and operation mode ofwestern market economy countries inspirates China’s labor relationship treatment. Atthe last part, build Chinese harmonious labor relationships countermeasures.Through a study on problems and countermeasures of labor relations in Chineseprivate enterprises, has made clear out three issues. Firstly, make sure labor relations’meaning and characters. Marxism labor relation theory is the treatment of laborrelations problems in Chinese private enterprises, and western labor relations theoriesas reference books give very vivid examples. Secondly, from the institutional reasons,discuss labor relations in Chinese private enterprises. Thirdly, put forwardcountermeasures of labor relations in Chinese private enterprises so as to explore abetter way of labor relations in Chinese private enterprises.Truly, labor relations in Chinese private enterprises as a great subject, only thispaper couldn’t solve all the problems, such as implementation and supervision ofspecific institutions, needing further researches. |
