This paper researches on the marketing strategies of BeiJing Sier Healthy Management CO., LTD. At first, in the literature summarization of this thesis, actuality of domestic and overseas researches about healthy management and marketing is analyzed, so that the theories basis and deficiency for this paper is founded. At second, this paper base on marketing and the case of Sier Company and gives the analysis the project in detail by using a lot of market research and statistic information. It not only analyses how the external environment of Sier Company affects the marketing strategies with the method of PEST but also deeply research the organization, ability of management and personnel of Sier, and gives the improved method.On the base of above and the spreading-out of "Healthy e", the dissertation comes to conclusions with the method of 4Ps and 3Ps is the detailed marketing strategies of Sier.The research conclusions can provide steering effect for Sier Company, and give reference to practitioner and researcher of healthy management industry.
