After a long period of rapid development,China's real estate market has changed.Because of being influenced by economic environment,macro-control and the increasing demands of the customers,the market has been competed fiercely.In this situation,Healthy Real Estate has been paid much more attention gradually.The purpose of this paper is to improve the marketing strategy for the BLC.For the purpose above,firstly this paper will analyze the situation of operation and marketing for BLC.Then it will make a deeply analyze in marketing strategy to find its disadvantages.At last,it will provide the suggestion to promote marketing strategy for BLC healthy real estate.The first chapter of this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the current situation of the research on this issue.The second chapter is a theoretical review.This paper uses STP theory,7P marketing theory,service marketing theory,etc.for its research.The third chapter is the analysis of BLC marketing environment from the macro environment and micro environment.At the same time,using SWOT method to analyze opportunities and threats of BLC project.The fourth chapter uses STP theory to carry out market segmentation,customer groups,and market positioning of BLC healthy real estate.The fifth chapter makes an analysis from product strategy,price strategy,personnel strategy,etc.in depth of the BLC.The sixth chapter summarizes the problems based on the fifth chapter,and gives suggestions of marketing strategies for BLC healthy real estate care project,such as unreasonable product ratio and non-standard product pricing.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and the prospect of the future.
