Over the past 30 years, as China has transformed from a planned economy to a socialist market economy and tremendous changes have taken place in economics, politics, culture and religion. Today the global economy is across the private enterprise tide wave, where the private enterprise faces with both opportunities and challenges and rapids growth. Faced with the profound changes of global environment, the private enterprise adjusts the organizational structures to improve the core competency and business processes support to strengthen the duties and innovations. Hence, the private enterprise transforms from founding ability to professional enterprise internal management, and transforms from enterpriser core competency to organizational core competency built to last. The paper bases on practices and inquiries, at the same time notices the actual problems and summarizes the solutions in China private enterprise reorganization both the practice and inquiry, and gives a good sample and uses to reference to the reform of the private enterprise organization.
