| With the development of science and technology, internet has become very popular in our daily life, more and more people are familiar with the mobile streaming media operation and apply it into practice. As we all know, the value-added business is one of the most important factors in the competition of 3G operation in the future. Therefore, the mobile streaming media has been paid much more attention because it is the main part of the value-added business. Based on the current situation of streaming media applying in our country, this thesis deeply analyzes the developing tendency of mobile streaming media operation in the future. Beginning and combining marketing management theories of competition environment, PEST & Five-forces model analysis, this study gives a comprehensive discussion about streaming media business both inside and outside the industry, on the basis of its characteristics. Meanwhile, this paper systematically analyses negative factors which obstructs steaming media's rapid growth, thereafter, presents "vibrant marketing" strategy and suggestion to be a new marking promotion model for mobile streaming media operation in the 3G era. |
