Performance appraisal is the key part of human resource management, practicing in scientific performance appraisal has important significance in matching of man and his post,and double-won for employees with enterprise. The thesis puts forward a corresponding appraisal measure: AHP valuation.The thesis sets forth importantly the structure and the maths theory of AHP comprehensive evaluation; and then, progressing example-demonstrated, explicating the application and maneuverability of AHP evaluation in performance appraisal.To solve the problem of index establishment and quantification in staff achievements evaluation, a comprehensive evaluation index system including capacity, virtue and knowledge is proposed. The AHP(analytical hierarchy process) is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model. The formula of comprehensive evaluation score is presented. The system is applied to a case. The result indicates that the system is valid. |
