Therefore, this article uses the Balanced Scorecard as a corporate performance management tools, combined with the analytic hierarchy process to set its indicator system weights with scientific and effective way to help companies improve enterprise management level in performance management, and thus respond to today’s wine challenges faced by the enterprises.In this paper, the theory and methods of specific binding to the liquor business performance management research creation.
