Service Supply Chain of Tourism (SSCT) is a new concept for describing the interrelations between tourism enterprises in tourism economic activity on the basis of microanalysis of the enterprises. Through coordinating the quality, quantity, characteristic, hierarchy of products from different enterprises, SSCT can decrease transaction cost and economic risk. Tourism products comprises of a lot of different ingredients from lots of enterprises. This fact leads to the importance of coordination between these enterprises. Therefore, it is impossible for one separate enterprise to meet the needs of tourists. So we can say this fact decide the existence and formation of SSCT.In the SSCT, the travel agency is in the status of organization and coordination, and as intermediary between tourist and traveling supplier, the travel agency can not always control the quantity, the influence caused by product because the products and service are provide from different sublets company and business agent. This means supply chain management has the significance for the travel agency. The travel agency has to have close operation with supplier to improve the behavior of supplier. This article mainly make research on the SSCT in which the travel agency as the core company.Five sections are included in this thesis. The first part is consists of selected topic background, research progress abroad and home and the significance to make research on the SSCT. In the second part, this thesis preliminary discusses the concept of SSCT, the structure model of SSCT, the characteristic of SSCT and the difference between service supply chain and product supply chain. In the third part, this thesis mainly discusses how to coordinate the weak point in the SSCT: the relations between the travel agency and tourist, the relations between the travel agency and communication system and the relations between the travel agency and scenic area. This thesis uses the model of game theory, the classic newspaper boy model and Hotelling model to analysis this problem. In the fourth part, this article gives some measures to coordinate the SSCT. At last, this thesis gives further studies direction.
