For 30 years, with its vitality,the tourism has brought inestimable value to the society.It has promoted the economic’s development and the improvement of people’s living standards rapidly.Also, it brings a wealth of difference and enjoy to the people except for the environment protection.However, tourism is a comprehensive industry, which relates to the industry of travel agency, restaurant, transportation, entertainment, shopping, etc. Its complexity and particularity makes that one tourism business can not complete the task outstandingly that tourist demand. Therefore, constituted by multiple service providers, including food, housing, transportation, travel, shopping, entertainment come into being the service chain.Travel service supply chain is a model that serve tourists service by each node company, which generally includes food,lodging, travel and entertainment service providers. As the core of the supply chain, travel agencies and hotel two downstream businesses.They rely on each other, but contradictory. Interest-oriented business concept makes travel agencies and hotels operate in the process of cooperation with each other selfishly even shift the risk to each other, and ultimately harm the benefits of both sides.In this paper, travel agencies and hotels are the object of the study, and the coordination between travel agencies and hotels are the goal. It combined with relevant references in the domestic and foreign countries and analyzed the concepts of tourism products and tourism services supply chain.It combined with hotel revenue management methods and principles. In addition,it established travel agencies and hotel expectations model a predetermined amount model of travel, best hotel sales model and the best hotel overbooked volume models by mathematical statistics method. Finally, by means of the empirical analysis, it analyzed the W travel agencies and G hotel expected return function, best book and best sales volume.Finally, we analyze the optimal trading volume and the discount rates between the two companies.offering a reliable practical reference for W travel agencies and G hotel. Finally this paper had put forwarded some reliable suggestions to the tourism industry as well as the travel agencies and hotels.
