Travel Service Supply Chain Model Construction Research

Supply chain management originated in the manufacturing enterprise, is a morepopular management theories and models, many large manufacturing companies havereceived a huge income from the management of the supply chain.In recent years, thesupply chain management has also been applied to the service industry, travel agenciesas one of the three pillars of the Hospitality Industry plays an important role in theprocess of production and consumption of tourism products.At present the travel agencythere exist the problems such as small scale, low profits, brand reputation low problem,especially for tourism information change slow response speed, and the downstreamenterprises to coordinate degree low.With the development of Internet informationtechnology,"Ctrip" the emergence of new travel intermediaries enormous impact to thetravel agent industry. To the face of opportunities and challenges, the travel agency howto deal with, has become the most urgent to solve the problem of the survival anddevelopment of the travel agency industry, therefore, the supply chain managementused in the travel agency industry is particularly necessary.In this paper the development of travel agencies in such problems, the combinationof domestic and foreign related supply chain, supply chain services, tourism servicesupply chain theory research results, summed up with travel agency as the core of thetravel service supply chain model, its classification, detailed analysis of travel atdifferent stages of development should be used different strategies, and to the Kang Huigroup for example, expound the Kang Hui group in the construction of Kang Hui brand,Kang Hui structure model of supply chain in the practical application of experience, asother travel agencies and travel industry development will play a valuable reference.This paper mainly uses four kinds of research methods: that of the literature mainlyinductive method, the specific phenomenon description analysis method, based on thegame theory based model construction, with Kang Hui group cases analysismethod.Attempts to construct based on travel vertical division of labor supply chainmodel, systematic analysis of the travel agency and the downstream node on thecooperative relationship between, put forward to enhance the quality of serviceinnovation, to integrate resources to reduce the cost, shorten the time of informationconstruction the countermeasure, seek a suitable for China’s travel agency industrysustainable development road.
