The Study And Application On The Logistics Development Strategy Programming Based On Supply Chain In The Steel Enterprises

The stern situation which steel enterprises face is: Steel is overproduced and the supply is bigger than the demand; the price of steel product falls sharply, but the price of raw materials and energy resources rises rapidly; Resource's connatural weakness decides that the steel enterprises'development which under the extensive economic development system will be limited by the resources bottleneck for a long time. With the market competition is more and more serious, the competition between enterprises has already developed to the competition of supply chain. For replying to the more and more serious market competition and adapting to the protean environment, enterprises attach much importance to intensify the management of supply chain to strengthen their competition power.Based on the environment analysis to the steel enterprise logistics development strategy,including outward environment, the steel industry logistics environment and the SWOT analysis of the steel industry, the advantages and disadvantages of the modern logistics in enterprise are summarized in this paper. Besides, the importance of establishing the logistics development strategy is brought forward. According to the characteristics of the steel industry logistics management, the logistic strategy programming is carried out pertinently, including the exterior and internal logistics network programming and the information-based logistics system collective design project. The main content of this paper are as follows:First, the logistics development actuality of steel industry is analyzed in this paper. The strategy programming of logistics development based on supply chain is brought forward according to the opportunity and challenge analysis using PEST and SWOT theories.Second, the logistics strategy development programming of steel enterprises is researched in the aspect of supply chain informatization, the inner and exterior network nodes of enterprise. At the aspect of informatization programming we put forward holistic idea based on supply chain and elaborate the concrete programming content about the management of supplier, customer relationship and transportation in enterprise. At the aspect of inner network node programming, we establish the model of programming and put forward the excellent project. At the aspect of exterior network node programming,we put forward the theory of address selection and the excellent project of programming mainly about distribution center address selection.At last, the research on logistics development programming of steel enterprises based on supply chain will be applied to practice. Enterprises'logistics strategy is planned concretely based on supply chain informatization, inner and exterior network nodes, through the analysis about the logistics development and demand situation of enterprises. And this study analyses the application effects in the end.
