The Study On Investment And Financing Of Infrastructure Construction Of Industrial Park

Industrial Park is an effective way to promote the development of the local economy and industrial cluster-oriented of industrial park is the best one. To make local economy sustainable, many local governments in China are planning to build industrial parks, and most of them are industrial cluster-oriented. However, one work must be completed before the goal is achieved: To introduction related enterprises into the park; to complete the construction of infrastructure; to complete the structure of public service platform. These tasks are going to make an issue highlighted: how to complete the above work through investment and financing. Correct and efficient investment and financing models of operation is no only compete the works, but also save the cost, and the government of the park can alleviate the financial burden.This study is based on such a background. This paper is on the following two aspects:①Study on the investment and financing models about how to introduce the enterprise into park.This paper study the investment and financing models on park introducing enterprises in. first, we made the equation on the profit and loss, we find when the product that factor of the effect of the cluster multiply the factor of contribute is bigger than 1, enterprises are able to get into park. Second, enterprises make decision through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE). Third, we abstract four investment and financing models to help enterprises getting into park by summarizing theory and practice.②Investment and financing models of the construction of industrial park.First, we summarized the popular investment and financing models, and then discussed BOT. We analyzed the concession of BOT in three aspects by game theory, to make support to theory.
