Study On Investment And Financing Modes Of Infrastructure In The Underdeveloped Areas Of The County Industrial Parks

With the pace of reform and opening up,the gap of China's regional andurban-rural is growing,less developed areas of the county economy in China's national economy plays an important role.To achieve the coordinated development of regional and urban and rural areas,it is necessary to start from the development of underdeveloped areas of the county economy.In recent years,due to labor and land costs are rising,some originally located in economically developed areas or large cities have migrated to the Midwest.Some local governments to seize the opportunity to invest and set off a wide range of industrial parks and establish a second wave.From the past development experience,industrialization is the only way to achieve modernization,and from the reality of development,the establishment of industrial parks for the local economic development has made an outstanding contributions.This is indeed a good opportunity for the less developed areas of economic development.In the past,the investment and financing of industrial parks did not combine the underdeveloped areas,the county economy and the industrial parks.The reality of China is that most of the developed regions are underdeveloped and a few developed regions.The county economy occupy a dominant position in these less developed areas.In the country,less developed areas of the county-level industrial parks are emerging as a new growth pole of the county economy appearing more and more.In addition,the traditional research on the investment and financing of industrial parks is generally regarded as an independent research object,and this paper is to link the investment and financing with regional economic development of the industrial parks,and strive to solve the investment and financing problems of the underdeveloped county-level industrial park.Based on the theory of investment and financing,this paper expounds the concept of underdeveloped areas,county economy,industrial park and infrastructure to prove the significance of studying the financing mode of the underdevelopedcounty-level industrial park.Based on the theory of general financing,this paper introduces XX industrial park for an example.After that,this article analyzes the reasons of financing difficulties of the underdeveloped county-level industrial park in China,and puts forward some countermeasures for solving these problems.
