The variety of environment makes change as a normal, the future isfull of unpredictability, which profoudly affect the traditional mechanism.The transactional leadership has been unable to deal with suchchangeable organization environment, however, transformationalleadership is the quite leadership model when knowledge economy growsrapidly, technical innovation advances energetically, and the networkrevolution is inevitable.This research is based on the summary of theoretical analysis andcase research both in and abroad. From the perspective of cultural values,we distinguish the factors which affact the acceptance of transformationalleadership into two parts, one defined as contemporary framework factors,the other is classical framework factors. Then, according to the attributesand the altitudes of transformational leadership, we point out thatcontenmporary framework includes visionary leadership, high sense ofachievement and willingness to take risk; Furthermore, according toChinese traditional culture, we point out that classical frameworkincludes good moral character, belief in relationship and wether takemeasures. Finally, we got a model of Chinese transformationalleadership.This paper offers a method of analysing the ability of transformationalleadership. Based on the case study, it is clear that transformationalChinese leadership should pay much attention to vision and their ownmoral character, to add more innovation and moreality to the wholeorganization. It can enhance the effectiveness of the practitioners, domore than their expectation, so the organization will get the newopportunity. The main results we got from the case study were as follows:a) Through factor analysis, we got six key factors. So thetransformational Chinese leadership must pay much attention to this sixaspects, especially "visionary leadership" and "good moral character".b) Through correlate analysis, there are several behaviouralattributes with high relate to the acceptance of transformational leadership,they are "commits himself as life-long learner", "high positiveself-regard", "works for long hours and yet enthusiastic", "take calculatedrisk", "good moral character", "let things unfold by themselves","creates friendly work environment".c) Through stepwise regression analysis, "visionary leadership"plays more important role than "willingness to take risk" in contemporaryframework. In classical framework, "good moral character", "belief inrelationship", and "wether to take measures" are all enter the model, andthey are ordered by their importance.So, a successful transformational Chinese leadership must establisha vision and misson for his organization, unceasingly advances theorganization by change, do effort to organization culture and the value,develop the non-material reward system. He also should be open mindedwhich has the systematic characteristic.
