In modern society,human resources is indispensable and important resources for the enterprises,and also a core essential factor which influences the performance of enterprises.As the requirement of enterprises for its internal management ability is increasing,the human resources management level of leadership which is the key point for the enterprise appears more and more important.Through the study of leadership theories at home and abroad,this study is tent to thorough explore the organizational model of leadership with multiple framework,including the architecture structure,human resources structure,political structure,symbolic architecture model,especially for the reconstruction and analysis of the organization.Through the practical application in which is a large domestic comprehensive service group,for the purpose of high performance output,making use of the enterprise present situation research tools,this study conduct the in-depth analysis of present situation of human resource management problems,so as to focus on leadership development core factors.And through the practice of the theory of multiple framework leadership model,the application of this enterprise multiple framework leadership model has carried on the attempt and exploration,from the perspective of the leadership development combined with the empirical investigation.This paper is in order to explore the multiple framework leadership model application methods and practical value.In this paper,the research of A group's human resources management has a specific role in guiding and promoting the subsequent organizational change and personnel configuration,and also has the certain reference value the similar group enterprise leadership development of diverse forms and human resources management.
