Consumption level is an important sign to judge rural area residentLiving standard, the construction socialism new country-sidecomprehensive construction well-off society's significant strategicarrangement, improving the peasant living standard already is to lay barea key subjects before the all of the various government. This articlechosen the data of socialism marketplace economic development from ourcountry in 1992 so far rural area resident individual consumption datato analysis.There's five parts in the paper. Partl: We anlaysed the intrinsicmotivation and the outside environment affecting rural area residentindividual consumption's. Part2: with comparing by the fact that the ruralarea resident consumes a disbursement's to different period, the authorthinks that although the consumption level having had a very big risecomparing with the previously, the gap is still deep comparison with cityand countryside, and also existed gap between different area. Part3: usingmodern consumption function theory to carry out a fitting on consumptionof Guangdong rural area resident behavior, reaching the result that theenduring income is the important factor to affect the rural area residentconsumption. Part4: we analyses consume demand flexibility and incomeflexibility with ELES, and found, income function to forecast the ruralconsumption configuration in the eleventh Five-Year Plan, and pointed outthe consumption hot spot andtrend .Parer5: according to above-mentionedanalysis, the author give the policy to increase peasantry income andimprove peasant pattern of consumption suggestions.
