Facing with the economic globalization, the rapid development of science technology and the entry of WTO, our pharmaceutical industry needs to have a historic strategic change. Pharmaceutical industry is a high-tech industry, and technology innovation makes it Competitive. Integration is the deep-seated characteristic of innovation. As the immutable rule of innovation, integration is also the obvious characteristic of the Chinese and foreign pharmaceutical enterprises in advancing the innovation.This paper summarizes the concept and the mode of technology innovation first, and then it discusses the meaning, pattern of integration systematically. Based on this theory, we describe the characteristics of technology innovation in pharmaceutical industry and give the key point of this paper that we need to integrate the internal and external resource of enterprises to upgrade the mode of innovation. According to this point, we research on the pharmaceutical enterprises, focus on their integrative way to upgrade the mode of innovation. After some case study, we sum up the similarities and differences of integration between Chinese and foreign enterprises, and make some suggestion to our pharmacy.Through the analysis of the pharmaceutical enterprises, we know that Euramerican enterprises focus on the interior integration to innovate independently, and we can use it for reference in the future. However, currently we have weakness in innovating independently. So Indian mode that integrating just like imitation, innovation through cooperation is a good way for us to learn nowadays.
