Bio-pharmaceutical industry is a typical high-tech industry.Many domestic provinces had fostered and developed bio-pharmaceutical industry as a pillar industry or strategic emerging industry.The cultivation and development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry is often related to industrial technological innovation,industrial transform,social system reform,which can contribute little to the bio-pharmaceutical industry with simple technological innovation or market cultivation.Bio-pharmaceutical industry as a new high-tech high-threshold industry,researches on bio-pharmaceuticals are still in the exploratory stage,there are little relative the reference literature.Reading the current domestic bio-pharmaceutical technology innovation research and literature,we find that most researches concentrated on the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance,industrial technology innovation mode,industrial technology innovation efficiency evaluation index system,industrial technology innovation ability and evaluation index system,industrial technology innovation system etc.There is a lack of the research on technology innovation ability system of the emergence in bio-pharmaceutical.As a large medical province,Yunnan Province has a unique geographical advantage and resource advantage.In recent years,the bio-pharmaceutical industry in Yunnan has developed rapidly.However,compared with many provinces,there is still a big gap.In a long period of time,how to quickly improve the technological innovation capability and industrial competitiveness to promote the development of Yunnan bio-pharmaceutical industry has important practical significance.Therefore,based on the complex adaptation system(CAS)theory perspective and industrial technology innovation theory,we defined the Yunnan bio-pharmaceutical industry technology innovation capability system as a complex adaptive system,analyzed the structure and operating mechanis of the system.Then,we constructed the conceptual model of technological innovation capability system and the emergence mode of Yunnan bio-pharmaceutical industry.Based on the theory of emergence,we analyzed the emergence source,emergence process and emergence results of the technological innovation capability system of Yunnan bio-pharmaceutical industry,constructed the measurement index system of the system.We used principal component analysis to extract the principal component of the metric system,obtained four different types of entropy that affect the emergence of technological innovation capability systems of Yunnan bio-pharmaceutical industry,and calculated and analyzed the entropy of the emergence of technological innovation ability system of Yunnan bio-pharmaceutical industry.
